A 1990 bottle of "The Original & Genuine". It was first brewed in 1907 in Kent, and may have been the first beer to be produced with lactose. Though patents for milk beer had been applied for in 1875 and 1895, there doesn't appear to be milk beers earlier than Mackeson's. It had the catch-phrase - "Looks good, tastes good, and by golly it does you good."
And, yes, it did taste good - very smooth.
